| Description: | What started out as a fun flight to Vegas turned into an absolute nightmare. Dozens of passengers were stuck in a plane on the tarmac at the Sunport for four hours. At one point, police were even called in to help. "It was horrible, hot and miserable," passenger Melissa Lucero said. Sunport records show the Allegiant flight from Albuquerque to Las Vegas was supposed to take off at 5:30 p.m. Thursday. Passengers say they didn't start boarding until after 6:00. At 8:30 p.m., three hours after the plane was schedule to take off and still on the tarmac, police were called onto the plane two remove two passengers who got into an argument. Passengers say at that point, they were begging officers to bring them water, and they did. "The restrooms were reeking; it was so hot we were trying to all fan ourselves," Lucero said.
